First Travel Assignment :(

I have just started my first travel nurse assignment, and am having a really tough time. Im working nights which im not really used to and it seems that everyone hates me there:( Everything is ran completely different than any other hospital that I've ever worked in.. I keep hoping that it will get better, but IDK. I just need some support, suggestions, or anything. Thanks to everyone who reads...

I worked at a place in Balt that had MARS, but they were useless. It was LTC, and the same MARS that were there when they arrived were the same ones you had in your hands. They were like............300 pages long with simple orders (OOB to Chair) mixed in with medications.

I hate that! OMG. It just makes everything more difficult. They should have a simple medication book. Not these stupid care plans for each pt. Just needed to vent. sorry
