First Round placements set to run 2/22/11

Hi all,

Next Tuesday is the date for first round placements for Maricopa Community colleges Summer/Fall 2011 nursing programs. Thought I'd start a thread.... My date time stamp is from June 2009. I had to defer placement in the Spring. Keeping my fingers crossed I get placed this time around.

I'm right there with ya, I'm really crossing my fingers I get in this upcoming Fall, otherwise I have to waste a semester taking "non-nursing related "classes. My time stamp is 10/16/2009 8:06am. I'm praying for a spot...:heartbeat

I'm impatiently waiting too...this week is gonna go by SLOW! ;) My time stamp is 8/14/09 8:00:45...I REALLY hope this is it! :)

good luck to all of you...I hope you are placed by your first choice. I am currently a block 1 student...I only have one suggestion...choose wisely and make sure that you can live with any one of your choices for 2 years. The program is demanding, overwhelming at times and exhausting...having to make super long drives to and from school on top of everything else makes it even more challenging.

I can't wait for tuesday to come either.my time stamp is 02/20/09.I had to defer last placement,so I am praying I will be placed this time.I am excited already.good luck to you all.

They moved placement to next Tuesday March 1st.

15 spots are now available for Phoenix College if anyone is interested in that option.

Now we wait for 1 more week...patience, patience ;)

Just curious Nana...which program are you wanting to get into? I figured you'd get into your top choice since your stamp is 2/20/09. Yay for you! :)

nana1525...sorry I didn't respond right away.

I actually had 5 choices selected, but just received the letter that I got placed into my first choice, GCC weekend program.

I'm so excited! :)
