based on nclex pass rates...my suggestions are...Mesa, Gateway, Scottsdale, in that order the rest doesnt matter

I too got accepted into my First Choice. Mesa Traditional.... The LONG wait is over, now the hard work will begin. Congrats to all those who got placed today, and to those who will get placed in the upcoming weeks :redbeathe

Not to be the bearer of bad news to you guys, but those who are thinking you will get a chance of getting a spot for 2/2010 for FAll 2012, Think again. I don't mean to tear down your hopes, but it seems that basically each few 2 month block, gets in each semester. I applied back in July 2009, and time stamped for 10/16/09 and I'm still not in, however they did fill most of the Aug/ 09 in Fall 2011, so that means us Oct group have the first shot at spring 2012, and then dec, and then Feb, so more like a year from now. It is taking much longer then they will have told you. Good luck!! I'm anxioulsy awaiting for Octs numbers so I can pick for Spring, and I'm hoping to be able to get my first choice.

My first choice was GWCC part Time, then a few east valley traditional ones, I'm so hoping for a spot, otherwise, I'm thinking about doing the CNA program while I wait.

flutterby... it was in the afternoon ( not sure I should really post the exact time yet), Some of the questions, I was drawing blanks and the answers I gave would not have been my top choice, but if they were looking for raw answers, I sure did not fail them, I wish I could have thought up better answers, but maybe it will alright... I hate hindsight, it makes things so difficult rickelli... What made you think you did bad during the interview?

I have mixed feelings about the interview I had today, it was short and sweet, I just hope it was enough. Good luck to the rest of you interviewing tomorrow and next week can't come soon enough. Feel honored nontheless to have been given an opportunity to interview.

After basically giving up on any chances of receiving a call, I got "THE CALL" in the morning today for next Thursday. I am thrilled to have another chance. The good thing to the last minute interviews is we get to find out alot sooner then many others in the years past. Best wishes to you all for next week!!

Well it also depends on if you want to be eligible for other nursing programs, Banner wants a min of 3.0 cumulative GPA of 5 key classes and CHem 130 is one them, and they do care greatly on your grades. So in my opinion, if you can try and take it again. Curious How did you do in Micro? I found that to be the most challenging of all the core classes.
