I appeared for my NCLEX on July 30th, 2015. When I came home and tried the trick it stated Results on Hold, I wasn't sure but was holding myself up til now, when I checked the website and did the trick, it delined my payment. I'm so devasted.
What does payment declined means?! If they had to fail me why did they not fail me then and there?! Why did they rose hope inside of me?!

PVT isn't a "guaranteed" answer to whether you passed or not. It is simply a glitch in the registration system. Your exam is also scored twice. Once when you finish the exam and again when the quality check is performed.
Having said that, just because PV tried to validate your card doesn't necessarily mean you failed, either. If your state participates in Quick Results, then pay the $7.95. You'll know 100% for sure whether you passed or failed. Quick Results are available 48 hours after your exam.
Good luck :)

Seriously? Who is "they"? You're playing a game called the Pearson Vue Trick....it's a game. It's not out to get you. What did you think you'd see when you entered invalid credit card information? You obviously gave a card number that couldn't be charged if you passed....ok....but you also don't know if you failed. You haven't allowed enough time for your exam to be reviewed (24 hours).
WHY do people do this to themselves?
