Need more info on this--what kind of company(staffing agency, hospital, LTC?) and how do they float a new grad? What kind of orientation are you receiving?
The company has 5 facilities that all have LTC, rehab, subacute, cardiac etc. They told me I will probably be at a different facility on different floors everyday as my full time position. My concern is esp. being new, passing meds to different faces everyday. More advice please?

I would hesitate about such a position. If they are hiring new grads, who have not yet learned how to "be" a nurse, then they are not able to hold staff for some reason. This is a position for a seasoned nurse who can work independently. You are not there yet. Run, do not walk, to another job!

You are setting yourself up to fail. Some rare individuals might be able to handle floating as a new grad, but it would be really tough. Give yourself a break and find a stable position to start. Then when you are commfortable you can float. Floating can be fun, but not when everything is new.
