Hello, I'm excited right now to find out that I have a phone interview tomorrow for telephonic case management interview. I am an ER nurse who's been thinking about leaving the bedside for now due to the burnout. I have also been really fascinated by the case management side of nursing as well. It's a field where a lot of us bedside nurses don't know much of. I have pretty good interview tactics and answers when it comes to bedside nursing jobs, but I never had a case management interview before. Any advice can really help. Too be honest, I don't know exactly my job title does either, but glad for the opportunity to learn and grow in new setting. If you have an idea as a telephonic case manager please shout out to me, my ears (or eyes) are wide open. I'm excited to see what I can do in this field because I advocate for patients but also for preventative Healthcare, helping out the providers, conserving resources and just the case management side! Thank you so much all.
