Hi, I am a pre-nursing student and am extremely interested in OR nursing. I have some ?'s that are probably silly but it never hurts to ask right? lol. I was wondering what exactly the RNFA's do and the perioperative nurses do? What kinds of surgeries they are typically involved in? What kind of pay they receive? What experience and/or certification they need? I am very interested in surgery and looking to get into that area as much as possible. Any suggestions and/or tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
