Fingerprinting FAST PASS

I am having a hard time with regards to my fingerprinting pass, i do not quite understand how the application for the background check goes. I followed this sequence

1. Logon tohttp://www.identogo.com

2. Select:Texas

3. Select:Online Scheduling

4. Select:English or Espanol

5. Enter: First and Last Name

6. Select:All Others

7. Select:Option A - Electronic Submission

Card to the address below.

8. Select:Yes, I have a FAST Fingerprint Pass

9. Enter: TX920440Z

10. Select:Pay for Ink Card Submission

11. Follow the prompts to enter requested information.

12. Write in:RegID _________________________________

13. Mail in this completed form with your completed Fingerprint

However when in no. 11, when it prompts to enter request information, i could not advance further because there are information such as the state, tel. no. that is not accepted by the computer because there are no choices for state(philippines) and for the tel. no. i could not input my home telephone number. PLS help. i have been waiting for 2 months already. . Thanks in advance.

I had the same issue being from the United Kingdom, I rang them and they told me it has to be a US address and number do you have a friend's address you could use, as I had been employed from recruitment agency based in the US I was able to use theirs. Hope this helps x

Thanks Meeky, it really helped, however, i already tried using my uncle's address and telephone number however, they ask for a driver's license which is a very personal information that i could not borrow from the US. still waiting for 2 months just to have a reply. I already submitted my FAST pass (fingerprinting information form) and the fingerprint card, however for foreign applicants, one must register it online(which i do not have the slightest idea because of this problem).

I had the same problem, I rang them with the number they provide on the web site and she let me register the details online and pay using my debit card and she gave me the required reg id number I needed to write on the card and fastpass form. I would ring them and see what they say

Hi! where did you get the FAST pass form and blank fingerprint card? I thought I needed to apply online first in order to get those. How cn I request for it. Thank you so much!

Hi! I am having the same problem now. Were you able to get a temporary SSN? Were you able to pay online via credit card? How long did the board replied to your query? Sorry for so many questions. I just don't know what to do. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Hi! When you rang on MorphoTrust, were you able to pay for the fingerprint card submission through your credit card? How much did it cost? Was it 41.45USD? Thanks for your response in advance. I am having a hard time on this procedure and the BON hasn't given me a pseudo SSN yet. I am planning to give MorphoTrust a ring, but they might ask my SSN too.

I am encountering same problems with you. Were u able to register it online?? What did you do??

I cannot register it online forthe submission of my finger print pass ..
