finding out results of nclex

How many ways are there to find the "official" and "unofficial" results from the nclex-rn?

I know that there is the PVT trick, that's unofficial.

Is there any other form of proof of results?

If so, do I have to pay for it or can I obtain it for free?

You can also check your BON website for your name. Thats official and its free :)

You can check your state BON like the previous person said after 24 hours or later depending on how fast your state is. You can after 48 hours check on Pearsom vue and pay for your quick results which is $7.95

No. You can buy unofficial results. My state, unfortunately, does not allow quick results. So I must wait about 2 weeks I guess. But I hear and have read pvt (pearson vue trick) is extremely accurate. Amazing accurate, actually. Go onto the pearson vue website after you have taken the test and your results are "delivered" and if you cannot register again for the same test, it is positive you have passed. If you make it to the credit card page when scheduling a retake test, you did not pass....

Good luck.

Btw, if you are a lucky person in a state that allows "quick results" which are "unofficial" results, it only means pearson knows your test results before the BON gets the results and updates their internet to make anything official.

The PVT trick worked for me. I took it yesterday and thought I failed FOR SURE. I got 250 some ?s and RAN OUT OF TIME!!! It was the worst feeling bc if that happens to you, a new rule applies to you: they only count the last 60 ?s answered- when the test taker is the most fried and discouraged and concentrating the least bc time is running out!!!When I got home, I tried the pearson vue trick (a pearson vue WORKER told me to do this as I was crying after the exam), I tried it probably every hour until midnight and I kept getting the "good pop up." I was reluctant to believe it was a "pass," but today I logged on to the state licensing website and my license type was switched from "temporary" to "regular" and my issued date changed to today/renewal date switched to February. I had these results 20 hours after leaving the exam, which I think is abnormal- but anyway, that was my experience. Go ahead and trust the PVT :) I have yet to hear of a time it did not work!

Good luck / Congratulations :)

I took my NCLEX at 2PM yesterday and 2 hours later done the pearson vue trick and got the good pop up. This afternoon the BON sent me an email stating that I had passed my NCLEX.:):)

Thanks
