Hello Everyone,I'm an international Student on F-1 visa in USA. I am a RN from INDIA. I applied to CA BRN for RN license & got accepted. But Unfortunately I failed the NCLEX-RN test twice. So, I am looking for a college / Institution that provides NCLEX-RN Review to an International Student & that issues an I-20 in order to maintain my F-1 status.I contacted many private Institutions that provides NCLEX-RN Review courses like KAPLAN.,But those institutions don't issue I-20. So If you have any idea, please let me know.

May have to consider maintaining student status (maybe doing a different course) whilst going through the registration process. Have you got OPT?

May have to consider maintaining student status (maybe doing a different course) whilst going through the registration process. Have you got OPT?I am done with the registration process with CA BRN. And ya I did enroll in Financial Accounting to maintain status. There is no point to get OPT without having my RN license first. Since I failed NCLEX-RN, I am not eligible for Temporary License. So just looking for an institution who provides Nursing Review & issue an I-20..!!

Jun 7, 2013 OPT has to be applied for before you graduate regardless on whether you have passed NCLEX or not. Review centers are usually a couple months so probably do not qualify for I-20

Jun 7, 2013 A review center likely will not qualify as they are generally not full time programs of study but designed for test prep review. You might qualify for a visitor visa but you will likely have a very difficult time finding a test review center willing to issue an I-20.
