I don't remember which thread I saw it on, but there was recently a discussion about WIA contacts. I found a listing of all the contacts from different states. I'm sure it will be helpful to someone.

i would imagine WIA would pay for either program as long as they were accredited. One thing to keep in mind though. I am in an LPN bridge program. They wouldn't pay for my NCLEX for LPN because they said if they did they wouldn't be able to assist with the following year RN because it will look like I have a "marketable skill". So opted to pay for my PN nclex on my own so I could get their help this year for the RN year. Also, I applied for a scholarship through the hospital I work and received 3000 but I have to contract to work for them for 2 years. As far as I know, all the students that did externships at the hospital received some sort of scholarship.

click on your state and then look for "education" or "training programs" or something similar. sometimes it is helpful to contact the school directly and "work backwards" from there. good luck!
