Is it normal to not have received anything from financial aid yet? My start date is January 1st and I want to have everything completed so that I can get comfortable with the online layout......any suggestions? The lady I spoke with this morning said that I would receive an award letter in my email? I've never done student loans before so I don't know what to expect.

I know my response is a week and a half late, but you may want to set up a phone appointment with the financial aid department if your questions regarding the FA process have not already been addressed.

Does WGU give refunds? Like say if you have a mix of financial aid and scholarships that equal 10000 and the cost for the year is 8000. Wld they give you the $2000 back?
This would be an excellent question to ask the people who work in WGU's financial aid department.
I'm self-pay, so I'm paying for my tuition with cash. This would be an excellent question to ask the people who work in WGU's financial aid department.
Oh ok thank you
