Is it normal to not have received anything from financial aid yet? My start date is January 1st and I want to have everything completed so that I can get comfortable with the online layout......any suggestions? The lady I spoke with this morning said that I would receive an award letter in my email? I've never done student loans before so I don't know what to expect.

So if I counted it up correctly-I need to complete 34 credits and I would also like to try to finish in 1 term if it's possible. I do work full-time 3 days a week....but am single with no children other than my 4 legged 45 pound 5 month old yellow lab named Brady. :)

Hey everyone....so nice to see some others starting on January 1st. I am planning to call tomorrow to see when I can do my loan process...I have to take biochem and statistics and the other nursing credits but can't remember off the top of my head how many credits.

I've completed all the requirements needed. Have intake interview on Thursday. I was wondering what questions I should ask them. I'm talking to an enrollment counselor now...will she be the person I deal with throughout the program? I'm excited but nervous. I looked at my transcript eval and the only prereq classes I have to take is Biochem and Statistics. When will I get a list of actual classes? And advice or wisdom would be lovely! I would love to finish it in 1 term but don't know that that's feasible.

I love the Koi-Lindsey scrub pants because they come in xxs and x-petite...27 inch inseam. They fit perfect!! Does anyone know any other scrub pants that fit like these?

The only question I have is how long after taking NCLEX can you do the pearsonvue trick? I sit for boards on 1/5.

Nursing is Love

Columbus State University just came to my school and they have an online RN-BSN accelerated track that's 1 year long.....I'd have to finish core first. I've got to find out if I could take the rest of my core at my local technical college because it would be cheaper. Can anyone else tell me of RN-BSN programs that are completely online?

I have 72 days until I get pinned and I am so not motivated. I am overwhelmed with every aspect of school. I've completed my preceptorship which was amazing! Now I'm onto clinicals, I completed my first day yesterday. I have 9 more to go. They end on the 11th but then my final exam is on the 23rd and my EXIT HESI is on December 7or or 9th......so that terrifies me. Any advice on how to overcome this?

Can anyone tell me the costs of online nursing degrees? I was looking into University of Phoenix today and total for the degree is $63,000. Are there any cheaper options?
