hi all
i have been looking for a job for the past 10 months and i finally found one. they require me to go and do a pre employment physical and drug test. the issue now is i am 12 weeks pregnant.should i tell them or zip my mouth. please help.i don't want to loose this opportunity. thanks

They probably will not do a pregnancy test in HR, unless they have to do a chest x-ray for a pos PPD. However, you can totally tell them because it is illegal for them to discriminate against you for pregnancy status. They have already hired you so it would be obvious discrimination if your pregnancy affected actions.

Don't say a word. It's illegal to discriminate against someone for pregnancy, yet they WILL do it. Once you've gotten the job and done a few rotations on the schedule, OMG, you have a miracle.
