Finally found out why PV had not sent my ATT. Here was the problem

I had received my notice from the BRN of eligibility for NCLEX-RN and nothing from Pearson Vue. I called both and both insisted that all information was ok and they would invesitgate. A week later and still nothing. Called BRN again and it turns out all the information was NOT OK! They had make a mistake in typing in my info! They screwed up my email address by putting in a space!

Well ok at least everything is fixed now but what anxiety I have been going thru knowing that something was wrong and I was ready to test the day after graduation and could not. I am suppose to get my ATT tomorrow the lady from the BRN said and I will schedule to test then but I know from experience that I won't be able to get an appointment for one month.

People in my class have taken and passed NCLEX already! That's why I've been so upset.

Well at least everything is fixed now. Whew! Time to get on with my life

OMG I still have not gotten myi ATT! I have to call the BON again! This is really getting ridiculous! I don't know what the problem is this time

Ok I called PV and gave my SS# after explaining the problem. Then my call failed (cell) and a few minutes later my ATT was in my email!!!

Finally! After all this time I just now registered to take the NCLEX! Sitting down to study now!

So glad this is all over whew! (well almost. Need to pass NCLEX first! hehe)

Good luck!! If you want to take it earlier, keep checking Pearson Vue to see if there have been cancellations. I originally scheduled mine for July 1, then June 24, then June 18 and finally June 14. I had no problem getting my ATT, but now the problem is I can't get my results because my school JUST mailed our transcripts to the BRN YESTERDAY!!! (and my ATT was issued June 4). GGRRRR!!!! It's great that CA will issue your ATT without having your transcripts so you can test ASAP, however, it does you absolutely no good to have to wait FOREVER if your school takes FOREVER to send in your transcripts. I figure I'll have to wait at least another 2 weeks before I know my results. Good Luck!!!
