FILIPINO NURSE in NC

hello everyone, just want to know if there's any flipino nurse here that is base in NC. Im from Philippines too and my fiance lives in NC, I graduated BSN here in Philippines and passed the philippine nursing board exam. Now that we are planning to be together and get married,we also need some information regarding the licensure for nurses in NC. I hope to meet nurses who knows the process.

Is your fiance a US citizen?

You need to meet the requirements for North Carolina on foreign trained nurses. If your fiance is not a US citizen then you will have a wait before you can join him once married and if you look at getting a work permit/visa yourself you are affected by retrogression and again will take a while.
