Can tell you right now that you will not get a visa to write the exam in the US when it can be written right in your country. Taking the exam is not a reason for the visa and it is getting much harder to even get one from your country.
Thread moved to the International Forum since it has nothing to do directly with the actual exam.
You have Manila available as well as Hong Kong, suggest that you take the time to do some reading on the forums about testing overseas.

Even if you apply, there's also no guarantee you can even get an interview date within 2 mos. and there's also no guarantee that someone will be allowed to enter the US at the port of entry if somehow one is able to obtain a tourist visa.
There's really no point in taking it in the US (financially) when it can easily be taken in Makati or HK. It is not imperative that someone take it in the US unless you have another reason why you have to take it there.
