FGCU nursing program

I would like to know more about FGCU's Nursing program(BSN)?

what is the minimum score on the TEAS?

Can someone let me Know what there score was, that has been admitted to the Nursing Program?

Also, is anyone applying to FGCU for the FALL of 2010 program?

I just wan"t more information from the students side, thanks a bunch!:)

I talked to FGCU today. They do not look at pre-req GPA, only cum. The average GPA is a 3.4. TEAS: they look at science and your percentile rank. Those are averaged in the 70's. She said the lowest GPA they've accepted is a 3.01 & the lowest TEAS scores were in the high 50's low 60's. If we do not get in for fall, they can automatically reprocess our applications for spring.

wow, I didn't know that FGCU can automatically reprocess our applications for spring. well, it's nice to hear the average GPA is 3.4 and the scores on the Teas. I would like to know who you contacted for all this good information?

Also, I decided not to apply to the UNF, I was going to apply for the Fall program but I decided not to. Well, sorry to hear you didn't get an interview, but you and I still have hope at FGCU.:yeah: so, I'll keep u in my prayers. We should hear something in April right? I'm also apllying to Edison State College for the Fall just in case, but must stay positive. Keep in Touch. :)

Hi, just wanted to ask which program did you apply to at UNF was it the summer or Fall?

I applied for summer, but their average GPA is a 3.7 & that discouraged me from applying in fall. I have hope for FGCU! I wish luck to the both of us & I think we have a good shot

I'm so happy, I was considering going to SCF for nursing, but it seems like FGCU's nursing program is a bit easier to get into, and it won't cost nearly as much. How many applicants does FGCU take per semester?

they take a little over 50 in fall and 25 in spring

Hi, I'm just letting you know after all the hard work I didn't get accepted to FGCU's nursing Program. It's very disappointing and I just feel like crying. :bluecry1:

I hope you had better luck than I did. Now I'm just wondering what to do if I should apply for spring or take the TEAS again. I don't Know any advice?

Well it's always better to have a higher TEAS score. You can apply for spring and then send them the new scores after you take it. I didn't get my letter yet...I am SO nervous. There are always other schools. Look into FIU.
