from the last time i inquired, you will be in a 3 months training and then subject for evaluation for staffing. your entry will be added to those who are already waiting.

ok. When was the last time you have inquired.? I thought it was only 2 mons training but you have to pay around 3 thousand. Also, is there really a possibility that you'll get hired not because of the backer but because of the credentials and skills?.. Hmm..After the traing, will you be scheduled for exam and interview for a staff position? thanks for the reply.. im so clueless with this program,. thanks!

Most institutions offering trainings will get staffs who underwent their trainings when the need arises. This is one reason why plenty are swayed to undergo trainings is because they think that after the training they will immediately get hired. Basically, it is one way for hospitals to get profit because you pay for the training, and then they get help also from lack of man power and then it is also one way for them to immediately find someone to hire when they need staffs. It is not necessary that you have "backers", like I said they will contact you when they need staff and schedule you for exams and interview. Although if during the training session they are already in need of nurses and at the same time you get close to staff members and they find that you are very much capable, they will recommend you for hiring but you still have to undergo exams and interview for formality. This however is a rare situation but it happens.

that is so true.. hehehe but honestly nowadays, even for training programs, you need backers just to have a sure slot. I really hated this system. It's so rude and unfair.:uhoh3:

last time i checked, some of my friends who underwent the said training last 2008 haven't received any calls/texts from feu-nrmf yet. but from what i heard, those who have backers are already hired, and they even came from the batch after my friends' batch!

Uh-Oh do they inquire personally instead of waiting for 2 years? OMG that is so horrible waiting in vain.. Anyway after the training how do they get hired? Do they need to pass a series of exam and interview? Thanks!

what are the requirements para sa training?

hi! :)

I'm a graduate of FEU-NRMF... did NOT undergo the training program there coz, a friend of mine applied for it after we got our license, and they had to sign a waver saying that after the training, they would not be subjected for hiring... it would just be pure training purpose only and not as a basis for hiring....

IF you are there for hiring, youre supposed to be immediately interviewed by the chief nurse like one of my classmates... but that was because she knew someone from the HR dept... :)

that's coming from someone who is a graduate from their school... so i guess those hiring news after training is bogus... :(

Do you know if they currently accept application for training? Please reply! Thank you.
