Feeling a little overwhelmed..Advice needed

I have just started studying for my first EC test:Health and Safety I bought the recomened Fundamentals of nursing book, using old LPN books..but this is a lot of material to read...What did everyone else use to study for these test? Any help in the right direction is appreciated...:eek:

I think it gets a little less intimidating once you know what to expect. Before I took my first test I was so nervous but now that I know what I have gotten myself into my nerves are not as bad and I think that helps! It takes a little momentum to get started but once you leave the testing center with a passing grade you're like "OK, I can do this! What's next!"

I would highly recommond purchasing the EC practice exams like the other have said, they are worth every penny!!!
