Hi, I am about to sign up for them and it seems a lot of people think very highly of them as one of the reputable staffing companies in NY. I read the contract already but still i wanna know some more info about them from those who have signed up and worked for White Glove or just anybody who happens to know their ins and outs. Your views and comments, may it be positive or negative, will be highly appreciated.
Thanks so much.

hi sir jess. i just learned of white glove care agency through the internet. Ive been looking around for job openings for dialysis nurses in the US, one that could help me out with my visa sponsorship. I am searching for feedbacks about their company in terms of their transparency.. and yes, credibility too.. im not so lucky with my search and just found this thread with very little info. can you help me out? what do you think of them so far? ill appreciate any info you can give about this company.. and if ever you decide to pursue your career with them.. thanks and best regards..:hdvwl:
not a sir...Jess, short for Jessica. I never applied with them, only spoke to them briefly on the phone afew years ago when I was an LPN and they only had jobs in the Bronx...wanted manhattan. I have not needed to call them again since I became a RN. Good luck though

Do your research, no pay for orientation, and apparently other nurses are having a problem getting paid from reading this website posts, I had an offer and accepted, was told 1 week of orientation also would be at no pay, to me of course so I declined to job, I would not even think about working for this bunch of people again, far from profesional, the one time I did go into the office and elderly lady came into say she was unable to work due to her sister dies in florida and would have to take the bus to go to the funeral, all the staffing person if you would call that a person said was " when will you be back for work" I felt so sorry for this lady and as it goes I am proud top say I did not take this assignment

I saw a story on a NYCity news program re: a home care patient who was continuing to be charged by White Glove for care that she had since cancelled----if that's true and that's how they treat their paying CUSTOMERS, I'm afraid how they would treat their own workers---someone in this thread said there were reports on allnurses of RNs having difficulty getting their paychecks from White Glove....It wouldn't be my first choice....anyone have additional info? Thanks.

The ppl at White Glove are so confused! I wanted a specific assignment and was told that I would be a good fit since I've worked in that field. Went through all the testing, took my picture and then they told me I needed the malpractice insurance. Ok, did that! Then the lady calls me and asks me if LPN's give injections.....:nuke: Needless to say I did not get the assignment nor do I answer the phone from them anymore. Then to top it off, she leaves me a nasty voice mail scolding me about professionalism!! :angthts: So I kindly told her not to call me anymore......professionally. I still get emails and phone calls!!
