Favorite Home Health Software

My agency is currently using Axxess but we are actively searching for something better. Our main issue with Axxess is the lack of order compliance built in. For example, when a frequency is changed, the software auto generates an order, or if a new med is put in, an order is generated.

In essence, enforces compliance. So... What are you all using and which do you like best?

We use HEALTHCAREfirst, but we are switching too. HEALTHCAREfirst is way too clunky and requires too many redundant data entries which could be autofilled. Moreover, the server doesn't provide enough bandwidth and logouts/freezing is too common. I like this thread and I am interested in who has "the best"

Did you decide on another software company? I am interested in hearing what you found. We are currently using Kinnser and we are searching as well.

We haven't made a change yet. But I am certainly still looking around. The key is to demo as many as you can. The trouble is, it is very difficult to find the right software that encompasses all your needs. Will keep looking. Still looking for feedback from others.

Kinnser has many applications that may or may not be optional to your agency. Check to see what options are available to you. One agency had Kinnser but required paper patient signatures. Another agency had Kinnser but had the stylus patient signature built in.
