Did you decide on another software company? I am interested in hearing what you found. We are currently using Kinnser and we are searching as well.

There is an PN School in Winter Haven, FL. It is called Ridge Technical Center. I went there and the program is 11 months long. They are about to start their 4th year. The first and second years had 100% pass rates on the boards. The third year is getting ready to take boards any time. I'll keep you posted on the pass rate status. I was in the 2nd year. It was tough...but they teach it almost at an RN level. I for one have been very happy for that now that I am out working. Good luck finding the school you want!

I took the NCLEX PN yesterday at 3:00pm. I too got 85 questions. A lot of click all that apply questions which really freaked me out. A few diseases that I had never heard of. A lot of prioritization questions and what would you do if you saw this..kind of questions. One I/O question. NO drug calculations at all. I am panicking at the moment.

1. how many questions did you take on nclex? 85 questions in 45 minutes. 2. what study materials did you use? did you take a test review course? nclex-pn, ati, kaplan nclex pn study guide. 3. did your son offer any testing (eri, ati, hesi)? ati 4. how long did you wait for results of the test, or are you still waiting? i took the test yesterday at 3:00pm and i am still waiting. ibs has kicked in and the wait is miserable! :balloons: i found out today that i passed! 49 hours after test time! :balloons: 5. what were your thoughts coming out of the test (total disbelief, certainty you had failed, confident you had passed)? shock that it shut off at 85...unsure if i did really good or did really bad. second guessed myself all of the way home. i'm not sure what to think. 6. was this your first attempt at nclex? yes.

The last 12 people that took the test that I know passed....they shut off at 85 questions. Good luck.

I am currently in a LPN program and we are starting nursing diagnosis and care plans which we have to start doing in our clinicals. Does anyone know a good source for nursing care plans? The cheaper the better of course! (I am a poor nursing student) Any help would be greatly appreciated!
