FAU Part-Time BSN Track for Working Professionals Fall 2021

Published

Welcome!  This is for anyone who is applying to "FAU 2nd Degree Part-Time BSN Track for Working Professionals" for the Fall 2021.  This program is an amazing opportunity for working adults.  Has anyone applied?  Know anyone that has applied?  Any suggestions/tips?

The irony is that two weeks is not a long time to get a response, but when it’s such a big decision, two weeks seems like forever.  I genuinely hope that we both are able to get into the program.  What are your long-term career goals?

I have my MS in Health Services Administration so ultimately I want to work my way up in Hospital Administration or Emergency Management.

Oh that’s great.  I have a Bachelors in Healthcare Administration, but I want to remain in the clinical aspect of nursing and become an FNP.

Great idea! This is definitely a major step in the direction we're trying to go for sure.

Yes.  This program would literally be heaven sent for me!

Hi, has anyone heard back?

Hi, I have not.  Did you interview?  If so, when?

Hi, It will be 2 weeks tomorrow and I’m SO nervous!

Agree! I am too.

Same, but I'm keeping busy to not think about it. I called and spoke with --------------------- last Thursday and she stated she didn't know when they would make a decision. ?

I’ve wanted to call too, but o just kept telling myself that they said it would be around two weeks.  Maybe it will be three...  I’ve never checked my email as often as I have these past two weeks. LOL

Positivity:  from here, you are one step closer to finding out if you are accepted.  Two weeks have passed now, and we are that much closer to receiving our answers.
