Has anyone applied to Rowan at Gloucester county nursing program fall 2017? Haven't seen a feed just wanted some feedback, feeling a bit nervous and anxious😭

Was it ever mentioned if we would use the same same books throughout the program?

I believe we reuse some books like pharmacology but some books are specific to each semester like maternity. I was told that they are using different books this cohort which is why their is a delay in posting the book list. My understanding is the list will be mailed in June with additional info. The books for the Spring semester last year was 800$ ugg!

I guess I'll stop checking the bookstore website for the book list if they won't have it ready until June. Hopefully they're changing to less expensive books, especially since they raised tuition for us. :(

Im still checking daily. I start Micro on Monday and dropping off all my paperwork so I'm going to stop by the bookstore and see if any books are in.

I called the bookstore a couple days ago and the manager told me that the program has not even told her what books need to be ordered for this year.

The books are up and listed....except it just says nursing 131 package so you don't know what books are in the bundle. It's 430$ I think. Going to look and hopefully pick up on Monday.

So I was at the bookstore today and the "book" are not in yet but this year they are having online books!!!!! NO! apparently they may have black and white copies to purchase seperatly but they 're unsure at this point. Very sad, I get nasty headaches reading online!

The next letter they said we should be receiving, was that in June or July? I'm sure that will have a lot of info in it and probably an explanation for the books as well

Hi all! Excited to start in the fall as well. Book list was included in the packet sent out last week. I pre-ordered it which was recommended. They were hoping they would be in the end of this week.

Did anyone get the book "package"'yet? I picked it up and was shocked to get one book for $300. Yes it does come with online access for other stuff but I thought for sure I'd have a pile of books. I'm paranoid that the girl at the bookstore didn't give me everything I need. Someone please confirm when you get yours. Thanks!

Hello everyone, it's been a while since last posting and I'm sure y'all are probably as overwhelmed as I am. Have any of you found any helpful tips with retention and deciphering what's most important to focus on? I'm still trying to figure it all out.í ½í¸
