2013 Fall Nursing Program Harbor College (LAHC)

Published

Hello, I wanted to see how many people applied to Los Angeles Harbor College nursing program for the fall of 2013? Has anyone been invited to take the TEA's exam yet? look forward to hearing from you guys thanks

Where else did u apply?

When do you think we will hear back?

I applied to Pcc, LA Pierce college, and LAHC. I live in Burbank that's why. So Pcc and Pierce are close to my house. LAHC is like a 40 min. Drive for me. But I don't mind moving there if LAHC is the only choice because I haven't heard back from those other 2 colleges yet. Yeah, good luck to us!! Let me know if you receive any other email :)

I have no idea. Some people said around 3 days after people take their teas. Or a week or two after. I guess it's different every year. Idk when LAHC schedule people to take their teas. I'm assuming somewhere in May?

Oh i see I will have to move their as well.. need to find a place to live and stuff If I get in. When will you hear back from the other two schools? How is the area by LAHC? are you famililer with it? I will tell you if I get any other email :)

Yea I was wondering same thing, when are the people scheduled to take the teas, THis wait is killing.

They said I should be hearing back in May. Well Pcc already responded to some people who got in yesterday, but I didn't receive any email from them so I'm assuming I didn't make it. And the area around LAHC is ok I guess? Lol. Idk when I went to drop off my application it seem kind of ghetto lol. yeah if i get in I need to find a place to live also. I don't want to drive 40 mins back and forth everyday. If you don't mind me asking, where are you from? And I know the wait is killing me too!!!

I mean where do you live?

Oh i see maybe because the weekend came you might get an email Monday :) and I live in Livingston, its thirty minutes away from Modesto. I am a hour away from fresno. I will be making a big move. Is the area ghetto really? I have never been out there, it would be my first at orentation if I get in.

Yeah the area around there is pretty ghetto lol. I mean I'm sure there are some nice areas cause I mean everywhere has its own nice and bad areas. But the area where LAHC is its pretty ghetto and rent around there is kind of high too for a mediocre room cause it's around the school. I would say try to find a place that's in the city next to it or somethig. Thats what im going to do if i get accepted there. Unless money is not an issue for you then ofcourse it's better to live close to LAHC :)

Yea I think I am going to do the same find a place near the city,

Did u guys find anything else out
