Fall 2019 Lonestar Hopefuls

Hey everybody. I'm not sure if it's too early but I'm making this page for anybody who is applying to the nursing program at Lonestar College for the Fall of 2019. Looks like Montgomery, Cyfair, and North Harris have applications from Jan 7-April 12. Good luck to everyone!

I just called the Tomball location & she stated that acceptance letters go out a week or 2 after the application closes, so I'm assuming that's just the Montgomery location... But yea I'm confused on how that will work

I only talked to NH and she didn’t mention anything about Montgomery! So logically speaking I’m assuming if you have Montgomery as a first choice you won’t be considered for other choices (or you’ll be out as an alternate) since it’s a two month gap between

I hope not, because Montgomery is my first choice & NH my second and with my score I think I have a better chance of getting into NH, ugh this is about to drive me crazy!

You can unsubmit and resubmit after the deadline? Whats the point of a deadline. Even today people can do this? Oh Lawd!!

Oh no you are completely correct! I forgot you can’t even access the the applications anymore! I’m sorry, Ik last week we were talking about how was possible to go in and change ranks

Is that even true? I don’t see how that’s possible or fair . Just cause a campus is going to tell you later than other campuses

Im just praying it will be next month at the latest so we can have a fair amount of time to do all the stuff we have to do and gather after being accepted.

Okay so i just talked to Montgomery and was told that she doesn’t know why only Montgomery is saying June because all notifications will be going out that same time! She also said she doesnt know exactly when And that we should start checking emails even now! But the June is probably more of when we will hear something but she also said it shouldnt take long (I’m so confused and stress)

but here is the issue! I also talked to NH and was told April!

so I’m completely stressed and freaked the freak out now!!!

ugh!!!

That doesn’t sound right nor fair .. because I’m sure we’re going to have a lot “to do list “. And if we find out and June that’s minimal time . Montgomery is my first choice and now this is discouraging.
