Hey y'all,
I submitted my application for the city college ADN program earlier this year and since it is May, I figured I would start this topic for when the admissions decisions come back in a few weeks! I hope I get in, I would be so happy if I did.
I really don't know about any forms, I'm guessing it's just a school physical form and then your drug test results, TB test results, and you have to get the titers done, then any vaccinations you may need. Can anyone who's already done this verify for us? :)
I think I'm going to sign up for CPR on the American Red Cross website. They have where you do all the reading and study at home online, then the actual skills test part is about 2 hours on site.
Titers are just tests that check your immunity to most diseases you got vaccines for as a child. Most people don't have their shot records or haven't gotten some vaccines because they weren't needed when you were younger. If you have an updated shot record you wouldn't need titers done.
According to the CCC website, we need a 10 panel drug test, so thats what I'm going to ask the doc to do.

According to their last email, admissions isn't accepting calls anymore. Guess they got tired of lying to us
Whew...I just called for a physical, I managed to get one just in time for June 25th! Now I just need to sign up for CPR.
