Fall 2012 A&P2 students where are you??!!

Nursing Students Pre-Nursing

Published

Hello everyone, who has started A&P 2? I know we can all use support from each other. I for one have started class and my first day was yesterday. The syllabus doesn't look to bad. I just hope I will enjoy this more than A&P1. Organization is the key to our success and having a memory like an elephant wouldn't hurt either! Lol!!

Just took the final this morning. I am officially done with ALL my pre-reqs....YAY!!!!! :) :) :)

She just posted our grades this afternoon and I got an A! I'm so thrilled.

Now the waiting begins to find out if I get into the nursing program. Won't know until the 3rd week of April. Tick, tick, tick...

Best of luck to those of you taking your final exams! Hopefully, we'll be forming a "new student nurses" group in the Fall :D

Soprano that's awesome to be done with yr prereqs!! I have more classes to take because of the bachelors degree. Are you pursuing a Bachelor's degree?? Great job again.

Yes, I definitely want to get the BSN. Michigan State University has a great RN-to-BSN program. Because the nursing program at the community college only accepts students once per year, I have a 9 month to 1 year wait until I begin the program (if I get accepted). I'm working on courses that apply to the BSN in the mean time (Chem, Stats, Nutrition, Pathophysiology, etc.)

I won't know until the 3rd week of April if I'm in the program or not. It's gonna be a LONG wait!!!

With your grades and determination you'll most def be a shoe in!!!! :)

Thanks, Nurse2b7337 :D I'm not counting my chickens until I have that acceptance letter in my hands (fingers crossed)!!! I just got my ID badge for the hospital. I'm starting my phlebotomy externship the week after next. I'm SO excited to finally be in a hospital setting. I'm hoping to make some good future contacts :)
