Fairfield University CRNA 2020 Applicants

Didn't see a thread posted yet for the 2020 Fairfield University CRNA cohort so thought I would start one! Just submitted application: 3 years CVICU (42 beds) and 2 years Neurosurgical/Neurotrauma ICU (16 beds) experience, CCRN, Cumulative GPA 3.64, Nursing GPA (let's skip this one LOL), and lots of committee work. This program.....a lot of "Buts". There is a professor there that grabs his lecture from the internet and then, contradicts whats on the test. Its owned by doctors, so, money making machine! I will not choose these program, if I ever have to choose again.

Hi. I applied as well! 1.5 years in 14 bed medical/surgical ICU. 3.7 gpa. I asked and it looks like they will start sending interview invites around August ?

Oh, I see its Fairfield. I will personally not take a chance going to Fairfield unless you are willing to risk it. Take a look at other CRNA programs!

Thanks! I’m hoping mine got bumped off the list because I received an email a month or so ago saying my ccrn certificate wasn’t uploaded. However it was but through a miscellaneous doc tab then they updated the application site and added the tab for the ccrn.
