Hi everyone,
I just need a little insight, I have failed my first med surg ADN class and know why things did not go so well, I had way too much going on and I overestimated myself, I ended up with a 70.9 which is D+ to my school. I am currently finishing my Spanish degree and I was thinking of applying to an ABSN program should I mention that I have failed nursing school the first time on my ABSN application? Please, any advice would be helpful. I live in Massachusetts btw. Thank you.

The only answer for this must come from your ADN academic counselor.
Why would you go for BSN, when your attempt at an ADN failed. Can't you remediate the ADN?

Honesty is the best policy. In the nursing profession, it is all about integrity.
With that having been said, all future nursing programs will find out about your failure in the ADN program if you were the recipient of financial aid or plan to utilize it for the BSN program.
