Failed Pharmacology

The title pretty much says it all. I failed pharm. I had such a hard and conflicting semester. The class was really tough but I know I'm capable of passing it because I wouldn't have gotten accepted into the program (over 200 people applied and 90 were accepted). I just was really burned out from the summer. I felt like I was drowning this semester. This puts me a year behind. I won't graduate in 2015 but in 2016. I'm 20 years old and I'm really embarrassed. What will my instructors think? My former classmates? Everyone will notice and know. I'm really feeling discouraged. You can only fail one class in my program before they dismiss you from the program. I had even more harder classes to conquer. I hear everything happens for a reason but why did I fail and everyone else passed? I put in hard work, I just felt so loaded. I've never failed a class before in my life. I'm just so hurt. :(

Just cause you failed at something doesn't make you a failure!

Yes. This, exactly.

I failed my final exam by a few questions. However, my medical calculation is flying color. Kinda hurt, but I couldn't wrap my head around it for an hour. It was my fault for not paying attention to the questions. I went through it. I pulled myself together and grew up real fast.
