I would advise you to by the NET review book which gives you two sample reading test.....It REALLY helped me out. Since the test in the book are the same format as the test I got a chance to figure out how to pick the right answer. The reading part is mostly predicting outcomes which is hard for most people. I say by the review TODAY!

also you should not be so quick to take it again until you have prepared yourself. also see it they will let you take the paper test rather than the computerized version i heard it was more comfortable then reading it off the cpu
my test is tomorrow and it is paper based since it is my 3rd time. i do feel prepared i did the second time i took it. i was doing great on the practice exams the ones on townsendpress.com.. the problem with me is that i get to worried about the time that i rush through the readings and end up not really thinking it through. i really do think that the paper one will be better for me. has anyone passed with the paper based version rather then the computer one? how is it any different?
how did you do on the 3rd try?
i chickened out and didnt take it again. i have the test feb 2nd ive been really busy and life has been hectic. any suggestions?

I found the comp version easier. IMO. Take the practice test on ERI's website for 15 dollars. It will help you practice. Also the ERI book is very helpful

I am just wondering about you taking it again the day after you failed it. As others said you should definitely wait. I am almost 100% that the school can not force you to take it, it is something you do when you feel ready. Also visit Csantos sticky and definitely go to this website and read up. http://www.testprepreview.com/nursing_practice.htm it is ~almost~ as good as the net review book, but if you can get the book do!
read things that you normally wouldnt so that it wont be so hard to adjust to the boring topics on the NET. also if you have and middle school kids around practice their math work and it should help .
