Failed Nclex

I took NCLEX on 4/24/14 was not nervous, I study and did well on questions and failed. I'm disappointed in myself, because all of my life I wanted to be a RN. I have made so many sacrifices and still did not make it. I keep reading people's blogs who had passed and failed and that encouraged me not to give up. I have a strong belief in God and I know that he will bring me through it. Some of the resources I used was kaplan, ncsbn, saunders and nclex3500. I thought all of this would have helped, maybe I need to brush up on some more contents. Any advice will be appreciated.

I want to start back studying but, I think I need a break after going to school two years and failed couple semesters. I need some advice on what to do now that I know that I did not passed the NCLEX, bend but not broken.

Now that I failed my nclex what next should I do need some advice 2 members have participated

I was sad for about 10 minutes and then I thought...ok get it together ...I worked so hard to finish up school and I will not let one time of failing keep me down. Take a week and get back up and start all over with a different plan of study and be happy for yourself. Not everybody can finish up school and not everybody can say they tried the nclex text...it will happen in time. But do questions and content for sure and understand why..the answer was chosen.. Good luck

I would recommend you to purchase Prioritization, delegation, and assignmet 3ed by LaCharity, and HURST review!!!!

I used Hurst, Lacharity PDA, saunders, and nclex 4000. I knew i wasn't great with core content so Hurst was a no brainer and Hurst makes the material easy to remember. I used the other sources for test questions and rationales, also Lacharity is great for Prioritization and Delegation.

i am so sorry please do not give up , take a week or 2 weeks break from studying. the resources i used were Saunders which is helpful for content, ncsbn and PDA . most import was praying and thinking positive , i kept telling myself that was going to be officially an RN come test day i also envisioned myself doing the Pearson trick and getting the good pop. also during the exam take your time to read the questions and if you need to take a break take a break ,i took a break after 20 questions , prayed and went back in. i wish you the very best God bless
