  1. I am in the MSN-FNP program
  2. In my case I worked throughout nursing school , working 12hr shifts Friday, Saturday and Sunday , but cut back to Friday and Saturday during my last semester . During breaks I worked at much as I could. I would be starting np school in the spring and I still plan on working full time. You can do it just takes some planning
  3. Hi , I also start in February 2016
  4. i am so sorry , i can relate i also failed the exam the first time , i was also hoping for the computer to shut down at 75 and when it did not i felt defeated and was just hoping not to get to 265 i ended at 171. my 2nd time around i went with the mind set of getting all 265 questions and i took my time to read and answer each question. i also had to work on myself i prayed and kept telling myself that was officially going to be an RN on the day of my exam. i used the PDA book , 3 week NCSBN review( they are the people who write the NCLEX) it cost $50 and Saunders. i wish you the very best , you can do it . God bless
  5. i am so sorry about your situation, you should look into signing up for NCSNS review this is from the people that write the NCLEX exam , Cost: 3 weeks - $50 | 5 weeks - $70 | 8 weeks - $100 | 15 weeks - $160. this review especially the question bank was very helpful. also when doing questions it help to read the rational for why you got a question right or wrong and write it down. i hope this helps wishing you the very best and you can do it God bless
  6. please do not give up , i think you need to tell yourself everyday that you are going to pass this exam and envision yourself taking the exam and doing the trick and getting the good pop and most importantly pray. you can do it all the best!
  7. thanks!
  8. i am so sorry please do not give up , take a week or 2 weeks break from studying. the resources i used were Saunders which is helpful for content, ncsbn and PDA . most import was praying and thinking positive , i kept telling myself that was going to be officially an RN come test day i also envisioned myself doing the Pearson trick and getting the good pop. also during the exam take your time to read the questions and if you need to take a break take a break ,i took a break after 20 questions , prayed and went back in. i wish you the very best God bless
