Failed the NCLEX PN first time, passed 2nd!!

i failed the nclex the first time with 89 questions. it was very frustrating and i questioned whether i would ever have a license. it is hard to know what to do after. i read an article from this site that said

readytopass.com was the way to go. i decided that i shouldn't take any chances and take the class. i also devoted my time to studying. my next test cut off at 85 and the results were pass.:specs:

Congratulations! I failed my first time around as well and I am in due process for my 2nd attempt. Unsure what do do at this point and I am going to try out Suzanne's plan and also look up that website Readytopass.com. Wish me luck and hopefully this time around brings some good news!

Congrats on passing for the 2nd time. I'm to taking the nclex for the 2nd time. I'm doing the suzzanes plan and the ncsbn. Has anybody else done the ncsbn website? I know her plan is GREAT! I just started that. In my eyes i have 2 pass the 2nd time. I figured if other people can do it so can i. :bugeyes:

Ive failed for the 1st time any tips on trying to pass the 2nd time..anything will be appreciated.. i just want to give up I WANT TO PASS!!!

Hey Calinurse85,

The same happened to me. Im taking mine here in a few weeks for the 2nd time. Here is what i suggest, get the Saunder's 4th ed. and do all the chapters quizzzes and the comperhensive review in the back. This is actually Suzzanes's first tip that is posted on a certian thread. Also im doing the NCSBN learning extension. I did neither for my first time taking the neclex RN. I wish i did. The NCSBN is cheaper than Kaplan. Doing both the NCSBN and the saunders really seems to help ALOT. I don't want you to give up hope. I know how you feel. DON' GIVE UP:)

i failed nclex pn twice. is readytopass.com a online class or seminar?

the ncsbn website diddnt really help me..i failed the lpn exam the first time with an 85...and then when i took it the second time i passsed yaaaaa!!!!! i used theose saunder cards from borders and the nclex cram book its blue and yellow it really helped me alot gooooood luck!!!!!
