failed drug test

is there anyone who could offer advice. I failed a drug test while working for an agency. They said they are reporting me to the BON. What do I do.

My BAC was 016 if I remember correctly but that was almost 2 years ago and the charges got dropped in the end. Didn't matter I still wound up in PNAP
