failed drug test by First Lab

My license is suspended and I call into First Lab daily for random screening. I recently showed up positive for alcohol. Not that I have to convince anyone, but I have not consumed any alcohol in over a year. Anyhow, does anyone know what will happen now. Am I going to permanently lose my license?

PRN4U, I don't know what specific tests they run in Ohio. I do know they will randomly test for alcohol metabolites. Alcohol itself can only be detected in urine for maybe 12 - 24 hours (depending on how much ingested). They test for ETG and ETS which can be detected for up to 80 hours.
