Do you actually have to take a workshop to master this cpne. I took lynn's but was so confused about the cpne that I got nothing out of it and now I'm out of money. Any advise? Stacie

What has you confused? What have you done in the way of self-study so far? Have you read through the entire study guide at least once? People do pass without workshops, yes. :)

I've read through ch 4 and some of the appendix, I have a mock lab set up in my house and a dummy. I just started practicing the iv push. I just finished my mneumonics, some of lynn's some off Robs dvd and thats about it. I have a hard time reading and comprehending:crying2:

Just take it one section at a time -- sounds like you're trying to bite off and chew the whole thing at once. It's more manageable if you take it one area of care at a time, one lab at a time. You have time to prepare -- don't panic, you'll get there! :)

you have to read the entire guide. there are hidden things that you will not be prepared for if you do not read it. I bought Robs video, but you need read your guide and practice the critical elements as stated on the video. The way they want you to open the syringe feels wierd. In the guide it states that you are to assume that the drugs are compatible, well I never read that before and it threw me. Any little thing can throw you off. I just feel I was not prepared.

GOOD LUCK
