External Anatomical terms?

Published

Does anyone know where I can find a list of these or a site that has them....I am not looking for superior,anterior,etc.....I am looking for the term for chin, arm, hand, etc?

Thankyou

never mind.....finally found them.

Mind sharing? I'm sure other prenursing students have the same question.

Here you....pretty much covers it all....LOL...I printed these out to transfer to flashcards.

Wow you are way ahead of me. I emailed my teacher like you suggested. He told me the Netter's flash would be a good way to prepare and an antamoy atlas. But the book he suggested I checked on Amazon it has terrible reviews.

I would study this if I were you....I have the flash cards as well but wanted to first know the terms as the Prof suggested and then learn where they are....this site gives some some good input....I'm thinking in another week or so, we could start our fall thread and put some of these sites....what do you think?

Also, wanted to tell you....Walgreens have index cards 3/$1 right now....I got several of the white ones and then went back & got the colored ones...I'll put Structural Organization on one color, Anatomical Referenecs on another, etc....also, they have little boes to keep your cards in for .99....buy 2 and get one free.....back to school special....I bought several of these (assorted colors)as well....I will work on one section(terms) at a time and sort them into the boxes....need to really study boxes and just review boxes,etc......does that make sense? LOL

That sounds good to me. Let me know when your ready to start.

LOl...I must have been writing when you posted....I sound confusing in that last post....there is a website that explains that kind of studying....I'll see if I can find it

No I figured that is what happened. And that is great organized studying. I never would have thought of that. If you do come across the website again let me know.

This is not the website I was oringinally referred to but offers similar advice....http://www.maexamhelp.com/study_cards.htm You need to scroll down to flashcards and read thru for the info I'm talking about....couple decks of cards on a need to study basis....to keep mine organized, I'll put them in the boxes I referred to as I learn them
