hi-ya, have any of you been a cns and a crna, which career choice is better, more rewarding, or fits certain personality types, which has more career advancement potential, better salary? more responsibilities!- draw from your experience?

I'm an adult health CNS. My take on it is that CRNA makes more money than I do but I can't stand still long enough for surgery so for me, CRNA is not the best choice. As to career advancement - all about where you live. Some markets are very tight, while in other places, the sky is the limit.
