hi, i need some help around here...

as a newly graduate i have the feeling that i really need to work and put my ksa to application and serve already. so i hurriedly looked for a hospital that i think that could help me broaden my ksa regarding my profession. i found a certain hospital in which i applied. i passed the requirements dated august 16, 2005 then they told me that they will just call me for the schedule of my interview, i've waited for 2 weeks but they didn't called me so i followed it up. then they told me that i should come at the hrd august 31, 2005 for my examination. when i went their it seems that they misplaced my papers. to make the story short i was able to finish their requirments before undergoing the training then i've waited for a month for the schedule of my training dated november 7, 2005. i was very anxious and excited to start my training but then i was shocked because when i went there we have this 10days classroom discussion regarding nursing process, how to admit how to discharge, something that i've taken at school when i was in 2nd year college. they even give us 100 item quizzes after the discussion and take note we have grading system that will tell if they will hire us for probationary or not. i know it seems like a review but then other issues came up, such as when you are applying for special areas(er, dr, icu, or etc) it depends to the area manager if she/he wanted to let the trainees expose to the area and that after a month of training you will wait again for their call if you will be absorbed as their probationary if there is a vacant slot for the area you wanted. but they didn't explain it to us. they told us that if you undergo a month of training we will be immeditely hired as probationary. i'm just really disappointed because they gave me a false belief then suddenly they will tell me that its part of the process? is this really difficult to apply? does the hospital give you certain informations that really doesn't apply to their institution? its really traumatic and i need some advice especially that i'm just starting to make my 1st experience memorable but not traumatic. i already stopped my training because i know that there will be no sense if i will continue and i already have the feeling that i'm not for that hospital. i am planning to apply in the hospital that i had my exposure when i was in college can you please help me on what to expect especially that i will be working as a licensed nurse not a student nurse anymore. sometimes i have the feeling of being nervous, and i have a lot of what if's? please help me.... i will really appreciate it a lot. thank you very much....
