Just trying to plan my routine here, I'm thinking when I start on nights (starting out on days for part of orientation) that I can fit in going to the gym after I get off of work in the am. I'm not sure I'm being realistic here. Do you work out on days that you work (12s), if so when? Or do you save your workouts for your off days?

i agree--i used to exercise when i got up in the late afternoon, before i ate and showered. whatever shift i work, when its over, i am plant life, and need to be poured into bed....even when i was as young as you!
