I see quite a few ads like this in the paper, ads for "RN OR Exercise Physiologist". Many of these ads are for positions in retirement communities or at corporations, positions in which you monitor fitness programs/heart wellness/nutrition. Many are senior wellness.
I find these positions interesting, like a blend between nursing and personal training. Any one ever done anything like this?? Please share your experience. Sounds fun!!

Most exercise physiologists are Master's prepared. There is much more in the way of physiology classes and chemistry classes with the exercise physiology than you will see in nursing. The exercise physiologists are mostly in cardiac rehab programs in different hospital or clinic type settings.
