Anyone w/any experience being withdrawn or dropped by Excelsior for non-payment of student service fees? How difficult is it to reenroll after being withdrawn? I'm really distraught over this and don't know what to do. Help!

Call and find out what you can do. I am sure if you pay your outstanding fees and the next payment up front they would reinstate you.
Thanks, Ken! But the real issue is whether I will loose my previously earned nuring credits, some of which are now over 5 yrs. old. Can they strip me of credits I have paid for and earned in the past?

Sorry, that I don't know. I assume they have a time limit from when you first register until you have completed the program.

How is the exams at excelsior are they difficult? I am a LPN considering enrolling did you clarify your problems and did you find out whether you could keep your credits? I not sure if I should enroll in excelsior. The ASN program seems expensive and I dont know the success rate of people who enroll if they earn their degrees or are stuck with a bill with no degree.
Thanks
:) All has worked out and I'm working hard to finish my BSN degree this year. After this year, there is no more BSN degree. Excelsior is a good program but can be expensive and full of red tape. Good luck!
