Excelsior vs Straighterline, A&P, Pros, Cons, Etc

Okay need A&P so please give me your thoughts on costs, quality, ease of use, etc. Any info to help guide my decision would be greatly appreciated. Plus do I need to already have paid Excelsior the $1000 so they will accept Straighterline if I go that direction. Thanks.

I took EC's A&P exam. It's a bit of a monster in terms of quantity of material, but it's do-able. The downside is no lab, so for furthering your education (as your user name suggests!), I'd do something that has a lab component.
