I financed mine through the College Network. They financed my test fees and study material (their's of course). When I'm ready for a test or more study material I just give them a call. The CPNE and enrollment cost to Excelsior is no included but I just put that on their payment plan. Works for me.

You dont need college network to do this. They do have everything you need to finish like study books with only the info you need for the particular test you are taking but they charge alot more than you need to pay. You can also buy the college network books from people on ebay for much less. College network charges at least $400 per study book. I bought several of these on ebay for $15 to $25 per book.
