Published

HI,

I AM ENROLLED AT EXCELSIOR/FORMERLY KNOWN AS REGENTS.I HAVE A QUESTION.I HAVE ALREADY TAKEN 1 OF THEIR TESTS AND DID VERY WELL ON IT.HOWEVER,I HAVE NEVER TAKEN ON OF THEIR DIFFERENCES IN NURSING TESTS.CAN ANYONE GIVE ME ANY ADVICE AS TO HOW TO BEGIN ON A STUDY GUIDE?I AM UNSURE IF I SHOULD FOCUS ON THE HIGHLIGHTED SYMPTOMS OF THE DISEASES AND THE NURSING PROCESS....OR SHOULD I GO REALLY INDEPTH WITH THE DISEASE PROCESSES,ETIOLOGY,DIAGNOSTIC EXAMS,ABNORMAL LABS FOR THE DISEASES ETC.

I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY GUIDANCE.

THANKS,

TNNURSE

You might want to contact Jamistic he's doing regent's program.

I am strongly considering doing Regents. What's a difference?

Mustangsheba,

I am not sure what the total difference between the distance learning program are, I did check several out and the one i choose to go with is Rue Publishing/Regents. Rue provides me with the materials to learn so i can do the testing. They have a no interest loan that is 100 amonth that you pay. You do the material and then go pay for the clep and go on to the next course. They will even help with the clinical costs and the regents graduation fees with the same loan. They have an ADN program and a BSN program. If you are interested in RUE just e-mail and i will give you my contact person and the 800 number. Tammy is awesome and she will spend the time you need answering questions, discussing the courses and ect. Just let me know i would be more than glad to help you out :D
