Excelsior 5 nursing tests down 3 to go before FCCA

I Started taking the Nursing tests at Excelsior in late Sept 2011, I just passed Reproduction (2nd time on that test). 5 down, just 3 more to go before FCCA!! Seems to be going fast, as a back up plan, I've also enrolled and I'm taking classes fulltime at a 4 yr university for my BSN. Even if I manage to pass the Excelsior program this year (my goal), I'm still going to finish the BSN program. I'm also working fulltime while enrolled in 2 seperate programs (stressful).

So far I've just failed the one Repro test, I contribute that to changing the way I studied. Someone I know in the program gave me their TCN books to study with and I tried using it to study and I failed! I didn't touch the TCN book this time and passed. Mainly I take the two Excelsior practice tests A & B, review some of my LPN books and take the test.

I only have LS1, LS2 and LS3 left to take, wish me luck.

Tony you are doing great and we are at the exact same point in excelsior's program. So study hard because the last few are a bit more in depth but I know we can do it. Good luck!!!!

I just passed LS1, I'm going to try and take LS2 the first week of March during spring break in my LPN-BSN program. It's so tiring trying to study for my ADN and BSN and work 40 hours full time in the ER and pull another 10-20 hours per week OT. But I'm doing it, good luck to everyone, you can do it.

LS2 and LS3 left to go, then the last stage!

I passed LS2 today, going to try to take LS3 by the end of March, first part of April.

Stupid question time, what's next step? I've been so focused on passing the nursing exams, I've not given it much though what's after the 8 Nursing exams.

Hi. Tony. Congrats on your success. I have LS1-LS3 left. I have the Excelsior books. I was wondering how long did you study for the LS tests because it's alot of info. I also have the excelsior free content guide. Any advice you have will be helpful.

Thanks
