Excelsior - How long did it take you to finish?

Hello everyone! I have finally decided to go the Excelsior route. I sent in my application and requested my transcripts to be sent last week. I plan on completing all the exams rather quickly. How long did it take you to finish the program, including your CPNE? THANKS! :yeah:

it took about a year. i finish all of the pre-requistes at a local college and completed the nursing concepts every2-4 wks.

It took me one year, one month, and one day from my first exam (A&P on May 14, 2007) to the last day of my CPNE (June 15, 2008). :D I found that scheduling my exams for three or four weeks out gave me a deadline under which I could study -- I needed that deadline, or I'd just study into oblivion! Congrats on your decision.

I think it has to do with having more science vs. non-science (arts/humanities) credits to transfer. Excelsior will place you on one path or the other after evaluating your credits.
